Building a new Acconomy
Nigel Simmons founded accounting practice Acconomy 10 years ago and has worked hard since then to grow it into a business that is now spread over four offices across the South of England. But growth has been harder to drive recently, and Nigel asked us to help him take things to the next level.
We started with a thorough strategic marketing analysis of the business. This revealed a strong opportunity in focusing marketing efforts on three distinct target groups - “Serious Startups”, “Growth-focused SMEs” and “Inward Investors”. From here we have rebuilt the Acconomy website, put in play a social media programme, developed targeted sales collateral, and instigated an events programme.
